THE HOUR IS LATE

“A democracy cannot exist as a permanent form of government. It can only exist until voters discover that they can vote themselves largesse (funding) from the public treasury. From that moment on, the majority always votes for the candidates promising the most benefits from the public treasury, with the results that democracy always collapses over loose fiscal policy, always followed by a dictatorship.
The average age of the world’s greatest civilizations has been two hundred years. These nations have progressed through this sequence: From bondage to spiritual faith; from spiritual faith to great courage; from courage to liberty; from liberty to abundance; from abundance to complacency; from complacency to apathy; from apathy to dependence; from dependence back into bondage.” --written nearly 230 years ago by Scottish Professor, Alexander F. Tytler

We've come a long way since we heard a Democrat say, "Ask not what your country can do for you - ask what you can do for your country." Even the majority of today's Republicans are to the left of such a concept. The late Republican President Ronald Reagan governed California as a Democrat, but once stated, "I did not leave the Democratic Party; it left me." If you believe in the concepts written into our Constitution, exemplified by its' instruction manual -the Declaration of Independence- then you belong in the Constitution Party, our last stand for liberty.

THE HOUR IS LATE - by Mrs. Dorothy Robbins

Our Ship of State was built by man

Who loved the Truth -- God's Word.

They trimmed her sails
to Truth's fair breeze:

Their captian was the Lord.

Will we who now are in command

Forget, neglect, sleep while she wrecks:

While amoral mice
her depths invade

And desecrate her decks?

The hour is late . . . the mice are fat;

They've nibbled and gnawed and grown bold . . .

Sleep on, silly shipmates
while they tear down her flag

And rip it to bits - - fold by fold.

***Note by Sovereignslave: Mrs Robbins wrote the above poem in grief over the state of our Union. She is a wonderful elderly lady now, who still toils over what to do to save this republic; I am honored and blessed to be one of her students. Though she is near 90 years old (she refuses to say exactly!) her mind is still quite lucid and her spirit is strong, not yet "finished" with her job in this world. She is the author of some of the greatest books any patriot could have in their personal library. I highly recommend two specific ones for your "must have" list: "You, Your Child, and the Constitution," and "The Governor's Story." She also has some wonderful small children's books that teach morality and character with captivating stories. Please visit her website at:

~~~~ SO WHAT'S WRONG WITH A LITTLE SOCIALISM, Bob asks? Nothing Bob. Nothing and everything, Bob. Understand? America's poorest have televisions, cell phones, microwaves and MP3 players. And yet, 70% of the world has never received a phone call Bob; America is filled with socialized precepts, Bob. It's a good thing, yes; except for one little problem- governments are natural plunderers - you give 'em an inch and they take a continent. It's bad, Bob, as exemplified by what is happening right now; once started it cannot be stopped, ACORN being an example that will continue to live and morph into whatever mold it fits to fulfill our lazy, self-centered desires- it is a cancer that can hide during chemo and remake itself as necessary. To that end socialism is anarchy, Bob. Your grandchildren will see it and fight it, and possibly die because of it.
That's what's wrong with it, Bob, and they will have people like you to thank for it.
